Agenda GA / AG, 2.2.25

On February 2 at 2pm, we will have our General Assembly. Online participation is possible via https://meet.jit.si/FoundryAG25. The assembly will be bilingual (English / Spanish); we will figure out how best to do it (translate everything loud or have a whispering translator in a corner) when we know who is there and what languages they speak.

Agenda:

1. Most important point is the transition. There is a new team that will run the Foundry these coming years (if the members of the association agree). This is the moment to get to know them, talk about their ideas, and see where other proposals fit in.

2. This transition involves a new board, with Victor Manuel Soto Ramos as president, Suma Houldsworth as secretary, and Csilla Hódi as treasurer. We will vote to see if the members agree.

3. Financial update.

4. The windmill started little over two years ago will be finished probably the week after the GA. I'll give a small update, and if people want to cooperate, that would be more than welcome.

5. There is an open question about the website; it needs to be moved to a new account, which is quite some work, and would be superfluous if people want to make a new website anyway. So let's talk about that.

6. Programming for 2025? Ideas for the future?

El 2 de febrero a las 14.00 horas celebraremos nuestra Asamblea General. La participación en línea es posible a través de https://meet.jit.si/FoundryAG25. La asamblea será bilingüe (inglés / español); ya veremos la mejor manera de hacerlo (traducir todo en voz alta o tener un traductor susurrante en un rincón) cuando sepamos quiénes están allí y qué idiomas hablan.

Agenda:

1. El punto más importante es la transición. Hay un nuevo equipo que dirigirá la Fundición estos próximos años (si los miembros de la asociación están de acuerdo). Este es el momento de conocerlos, hablar de sus ideas y ver dónde encajan otras propuestas.

2. Esta transición implica una nueva junta directiva, con Víctor Manuel Soto Ramos como presidente, Suma Houldsworth como secretaria y Csilla Hódi como tesorera. Votaremos para ver si los miembros están de acuerdo.

3. Actualización financiera.

4. La eólica empezado hace poco más de dos años estará terminado probablemente la semana después de la AG. Daré una pequeña actualización, y si la gente quiere cooperar, sería más que bienvenido.

5. Hay una cuestión pendiente sobre la página web; hay que trasladarla a una nueva cuenta, lo que supone bastante trabajo, y sería superfluo si la gente quiere hacer una nueva página web de todos modos. Así que vamos a hablar de eso.
