1. Review of the year and finances.
2. I received a fine for not complying with hotel regulations (notify government of all guests etc). I believe these laws don’t apply for non-profit artist residencies, but this will be a legal process. Foundry pays lawyers?
3. Presentation Commoning Space Network. Do people agree that the Foundry joins this network?
4. The Sindicato de la Tierra will be founded very soon. Can the Foundry become a member? Who else would like to be informed or become a member? Start a mailing list.
5. School project in the theater. Do people agree it can stay there for now? Perhaps share heating costs?
6. How to deal with grand-supported events? Proposal: publish a financial report online after each event that received funding.
7. Curated summer program? Proposal: The Animals We Live With.
8. Other event ideas? Or are there any guests someone would like to invite in the ‘invited guests’ category?
9. Who wants to live in the van (and work on the food forest)?
10. The old greenhouse fell apart. Shall we build or buy a new one? What type? Who has experience?
11. Volunteers. How to better organize this system? Proposal: fix monthly targets, if they are not met (and there is no good reason for it) pay for the month.
12. How to attract more people in the winter?
13. Why did many neighbors take more distance from the project? How to keep people involved? Proposal: regular activities (cinema nights, dinners).
14. I (Dennis) want to focus more on the Sindicato and CSN the coming years. Is anyone interested in becoming president of the Foundry association? Or could we find a long-term caretaker?\

2. Recibí una multa por no cumplir la normativa hotelera (notificar al gobierno todos los huéspedes
   etc). Creo que estas leyes no se aplican a las residencias de artistas sin ánimo de lucro, pero será un proceso legal. ¿Foundry paga a los abogados?
3. Presentación Commoning Space Network ¿Están de acuerdo en que Foundry se hace socio?
4. El Sindicato de la Tierra se fundará muy pronto. ¿Puede Foundry hacerse miembro? ¿Quién más
   le gustaría estar informado o hacerse miembro? Inicie una lista de correo.
5. Proyecto escolar en el teatro. ¿La gente está de acuerdo en que se quede allí por ahora? ¿Compartir los gastos de calefacción?
6. ¿Cómo gestionar eventos subvencionados? Propuesta: publicar un informe financiero en el blog después de cada evento que haya recibido financiación.
7. ¿Programa de verano? Propuesta: Los animales con los que vivimos.
8. ¿Otras ideas para eventos? ¿O hay algún invitado que alguien quiera incluir en la categoría de “invitados”?
9. ¿Quién quiere vivir en la furgoneta (y trabajar en el bosque comestible)?
10. El viejo invernadero se ha venido abajo. ¿Construimos o compramos uno nuevo? ¿De qué tipo? ¿Quién tiene experiencia?
11. Voluntarios. ¿Cómo organizar mejor este sistema? Propuesta: fijar objetivos mensuales, si no se cumplen (y no hay una buena razón para ello) pagar el mes.
12. Como atraer mas gente en el invierno?
13. ¿Cómo implicar a los vecinos? ¿Por qué muchas personas tomaron más distancia? Propuesta: actividades regulares (noches de cine, cenas).
14. Yo (Dennis) quiero centrarme más en el Sindicato y el CSN los próximos años. ¿Hay alguien
    interesado en ser presidente de la asociación Foundry? ¿O podríamos encontrar un cuidador a largo plazo?
